This contract role offers the flexibility to work remotely from Baliâs vibrant hubsâCanggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badungâwhile collaborating with a global team.

Responsibility
- Host live streaming sessions on TikTok and other platforms to promote Watsonsâ health and beauty products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time, answering questions, demonstrating products, and encouraging purchases.
- Develop creative, high-energy content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan livestream schedules, themes, and promotional strategies.
- Monitor audience metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and adjust content to optimize performance.
- Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to deliver informed recommendations.
- Maintain a professional and brand-aligned on-camera presence, including appearance, tone, and messaging.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during broadcasts and ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a livestream host, social media influencer, or in a customer-facing sales role (beauty/retail preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills with a clear, engaging, and persuasive speaking style.
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to improvise and adapt to audience interactions.
- Familiarity with TikTok Live, Instagram Live, or other streaming platforms and their best practices.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness products with the ability to educate and inspire viewers.
- Basic technical skills to set up and manage livestream equipment (e.g., lighting, microphones, stable internet).
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Based in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) with a quiet, well-lit space for broadcasting.
