Responsibility
- Provide personalized advice and recommendations on health and wellness products to customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits, usage, and ingredients of our product range.
- Assist in store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and health-related information to offer accurate guidance.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Promote a positive and welcoming in-store experience aligned with Healthy Options’ brand values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field (wellness industry is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of health, nutrition, or wellness products (training provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Tagalog) are a bonus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in health, business, or related fields is advantageous.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
