Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Watsonsâ health and beauty products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Maintain product knowledge to provide expert recommendations and upsell complementary items.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock checks, replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
- Handle customer complaints or returns professionally, following company policies to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and participate in promotional activities.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and loyalty programs to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Passion for health, beauty, and wellness with a willingness to learn about new products.

- Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial but not required (training provided).
