Responsibility
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, product selection, and purchases.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and mobile payments.
- Maintain store presentation by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are neatly arranged.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including receiving deliveries, tracking stock levels, and reporting shortages.
- Assist in visual merchandising to create attractive product displays that drive sales.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Uphold store policies, including health and safety standards, loss prevention, and cleanliness.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
