Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of sales associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement merchandise strategies to optimize inventory turnover and category profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust pricing or promotions to drive revenue growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained, resolving escalations and enhancing satisfaction.
- Conduct regular stock audits, coordinate with suppliers, and manage replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and seasonal campaigns.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, health/safety regulations, and retail best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent retail experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing inventory in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to motivate teams and engage customers.
- Proficiency in retail management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by retail operations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
