Responsibility
- Oversee daily selling operations to ensure smooth and efficient store performance.
- Develop and implement category management strategies to maximize profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and retail standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to execute promotional campaigns and in-store events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and sales analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
