Responsibility
- Oversee daily selling operations to ensure smooth transactions, customer satisfaction, and sales targets are met.
- Develop and execute category management strategies to maximize profitability and inventory turnover.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions to drive revenue growth.
- Train, mentor, and supervise sales staff to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Coordinate with procurement and marketing teams to plan promotions, discounts, and product placements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and health/safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of stock levels, pricing accuracy, and merchandising displays.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally to maintain brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
