As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers, and assisting in merchandise management. You will work closely with the store coordinator and supervisor to maintain high standards of customer service and product presentation.

Responsibility
- Assist the store coordinator and supervisor in managing merchandise and inventory.
- Ensure products are well-stocked, displayed attractively, and priced correctly.
- Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and storage areas.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking new shipments and restocking shelves.
- Report any issues with products, equipment, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
