Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse and retail floor.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Prepare and pack customer orders with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service in-store, including handling inquiries and processing transactions.
- Ensure the store and warehouse areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill daily operational targets and sales goals.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., hand trucks, scanners) as trained.
- Report any issues or shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- No formal experience required—training provided for the right attitude!
- Strong work ethic, discipline, and a proactive approach to learning.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for inventory and transaction handling.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 15-20 kg (assistance available for heavier loads).
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is a plus.
