Responsibility
- Lead and manage the retail leasing team to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
- Develop and execute strategic leasing plans for retail properties across Bali.
- Negotiate and finalize lease agreements with national and international retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify leasing opportunities.
- Oversee lease administration, renewals, and tenant retention initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to enhance tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on leasing performance and market insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing retail lease deals.
- Strong understanding of retail market dynamics and tenant requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in lease management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
