Responsibility
- Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and confidential record-keeping.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient preparation, examinations, and basic procedures.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders using clinic software.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinic environment, including treatment rooms and waiting areas.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and insurance documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless workflow and patient care.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in a clinical, healthcare, or customer service role (1+ years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and clinic management software.
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is highly advantageous.
