Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, pharmacists, nurses) in assigned territories across Bali.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote Novell Pharmaceutical’s product portfolio.
- Deliver accurate, up-to-date clinical and product information to healthcare providers, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective territory management.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and product launches to increase brand visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Chemistry, or related life sciences (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical representation (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare systems in Indonesia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and surrounding regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
