Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations for patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions with evidence-based practices
- Prescribe appropriate medications and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care services including health screenings, vaccinations, and wellness counseling
- Perform minor medical procedures and wound care as needed
- Conduct teleconsultation sessions for remote patient care and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
- Participate in community health initiatives and health education programs
- Stay current with medical advancements through continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD) from an accredited institution
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia (STR and SIP)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner (new graduates with exceptional skills will be considered)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
