Responsibility
- Deliver high-standard nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
- Assist in patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and documenting medical histories accurately.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and recovery processes.
- Maintain sterile and organized clinical environments, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent patient needs with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, facility policies, and ethical nursing standards.
Qualifications
- Valid nursing license (Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse) recognized in Indonesia.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic medical equipment (e.g., IV pumps, monitors, EHR systems).
- CPR/BLS certification is highly preferred.
- Adaptability to locum assignments and willingness to work across different departments as needed.
