Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal, natal, and postnatal services.
- Perform gynecological examinations, diagnoses, and treatments for a wide range of conditions.
- Conduct surgical procedures such as C-sections, hysterectomies, and laparoscopic surgeries.
- Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and best practices in OB/GYN.
- Educate patients and families on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (Doctor of Medicine) from a recognized institution.
- Board certification or specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Sp. OG).
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in OB/GYN, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with patients.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make critical decisions.
