Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and hospitals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or queries from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to network and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare market.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
