Responsibility
- Provide medical and scientific expertise to support regional medical strategies, ensuring alignment with global and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Regulatory) to develop and implement medical plans for products in the SEA market.
- Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals (HCPs), and medical societies to foster relationships and gather insights.
- Design and deliver medical education programs, including scientific presentations, training sessions, and advisory boards.
- Monitor and analyze clinical data, publications, and competitive intelligence to inform medical strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes of practice (e.g., IFPMA, local regulations) and company policies.
- Support the development of medical content for promotional and non-promotional materials, including publications, abstracts, and digital assets.
- Represent the company at medical conferences, symposia, and other industry events (virtual or in-person).
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Medical Affairs, pharmaceuticals, or a related role within the life sciences industry.
- Strong understanding of medical and regulatory guidelines in Southeast Asia (experience with Indonesian regulations is a plus).
- Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging KOLs and HCPs.
- Fluency in English; additional Southeast Asian languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Vietnamese) are advantageous.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives.
- Experience with medical writing, publications, or digital medical communication tools is a plus.
