Responsibility
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness centre, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and client acquisition.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of wellness professionals, including therapists, instructors, and administrative staff.
- Design and curate a diverse portfolio of wellness programs, workshops, and events tailored to client needs.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience for every client.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, to optimize profitability.
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners, vendors, and the community to enhance the centreâs reputation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellness, hospitality, or retail management, with a proven track record in leadership.
- Strong sales and marketing acumen, with experience in driving business growth and client engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a deep understanding of holistic practices and client needs.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, P&L analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required by the business.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
