Responsibility
- Provide high-quality facial treatments, including cleansing, exfoliation, and anti-aging therapies tailored to client needs.
- Perform professional waxing, threading, and hair removal services with precision and hygiene.
- Administer manicures, pedicures, and nail art using premium products and techniques.
- Conduct skin consultations to recommend personalized skincare routines and treatments.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and treatment rooms.
- Upsell retail skincare products and spa packages to enhance client experience and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and participate in training to expand service offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience for every client.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Beautician or Esthetician in a professional spa or salon.
- Certification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in facial treatments, waxing, nail care, and skincare analysis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build client relationships.
- Knowledge of high-end skincare brands and products (e.g., Dermalogica, La Mer, or local equivalents).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Passionate about health, wellness, and continuous learning in the beauty industry.
