Responsibility
- Perform a full range of beauty treatments, including facials, body wraps, waxing, manicures, and pedicures, tailored to client needs.
- Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend personalized treatment plans and products.
- Deliver high-end spa therapies, such as aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and traditional Balinese treatments.
- Ensure all treatments adhere to hygiene, safety, and industry standards, maintaining a clean and sanitized workspace.
- Engage with Mandarin-speaking clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to develop and promote seasonal packages and special offers.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance service quality.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, preferences, and feedback for future reference.
Qualifications
- Certified Beauty Therapist or Beautician with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or salon.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory; proficiency in English is required for team communication.
- Proven expertise in a variety of beauty treatments, including advanced skincare, massage, and body therapies.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Knowledge of high-end beauty brands, products, and their applications.
- Familiarity with spa management software and client booking systems is a plus.
