Responsibility
- Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding operations to fabricate and repair metal components and structures.
- Operate and maintain filtration systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Inspect welded joints and filter systems for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in welding and filtration processes.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of welding and filtration equipment to extend their lifespan.
- Document work processes, including welding parameters and filter system performance, for quality assurance.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Welder or Filter Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Certification in welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of filtration systems and their maintenance requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
