Responsibility
- Operate and maintain weighbridge systems to accurately measure inbound and outbound coffee shipments.
- Record and verify weight data in digital or manual logs, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with company protocols.
- Inspect vehicles for proper loading, unloading, and adherence to safety and weight regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate smooth material flow and minimize delays.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on weighing activities, discrepancies, and inventory movements.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with weighing equipment and escalate maintenance needs as required.
- Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and reconcile weight data with warehouse management systems (WMS).
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse operations is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) as a weighbridge operator, warehouse clerk, or in a similar role within logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using digital weighing systems, data entry software, and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, as per operational demands.
- Physical stamina to perform duties in outdoor or warehouse environments, including standing for extended periods.
- Knowledge of coffee industry logistics or HSE regulations is highly advantageous.
