Responsibility
- Develop and implement efficient transport schedules and routes to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
- Monitor and track the performance of all truck units and vehicles in operation to ensure compliance with schedules.
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse teams, and clients to resolve any logistical issues or delays.
- Analyze transport data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of transport activities, including delivery times, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
- Ensure all transport operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Provide regular reports on transport performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transport planning, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in transport management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with drivers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and transport laws in Indonesia.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
