Responsibility
- Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records using advanced ERP or WMS systems.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure data integrity.
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.
- Analyze inventory turnover ratios and recommend improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Generate and present reports on inventory status, trends, and KPIs to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior staff on inventory management best practices and system usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
