Responsibility
- Deliver medical and pharmaceutical products to customers in assigned areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) in a timely and efficient manner.
- Verify delivery orders, ensuring accuracy of products, quantities, and documentation before dispatch.
- Maintain detailed records of deliveries, including customer signatures, timestamps, and any discrepancies.
- Operate company vehicles or motorcycles safely, adhering to traffic regulations and company policies.
- Communicate proactively with the logistics team and customers to confirm delivery schedules and resolve any issues.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
- Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions when required and provide receipts to customers.
- Report any delivery delays, damages, or customer complaints to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in logistics, delivery, or messenger roles is a plus.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A or C) with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Bali’s geography, particularly in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Physical fitness to lift and carry packages weighing up to 20 kg.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays if required.
