As the control tower of our operations, you will oversee production timelines, monitor KPIs for quality and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibility
- Oversee daily factory operations to ensure compliance with SOPs and production schedules.
- Monitor and enforce Quality Control (QC) standards to maintain product consistency and defect-free output.
- Act as the central control tower for production workflows, coordinating between teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Track and analyze KPIs related to quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Lead root-cause analysis for production deviations and develop preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., logistics, procurement) to streamline supply chain and inventory management.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices for operations, safety, and quality assurance.
- Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations, production management, or QC within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in SOP implementation, process optimization, and KPI-driven performance management.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, ISO standards).
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with metal fabrication, automotive, or heavy machinery industries is a plus.
