Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in warehouse and distribution operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to cold chain protocols to preserve product integrity and safety.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with SLA requirements and customer-specific quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate quality gaps.
- Lead cross-functional teams in root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action plans for quality deviations.
- Train and mentor staff on quality control procedures, GMP, and HACCP principles.
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to optimize warehouse workflows and reduce errors.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within warehouse/distribution or cold chain logistics.
- Proven expertise in QMS frameworks (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP) and regulatory compliance.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing quality teams in high-volume environments.
- Proficiency in audit techniques, data analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software is a plus.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environments with attention to detail.
