Responsibility
- Drive revenue growth by proactively sourcing and converting wedding and social event leads through strategic sales initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client inquiries to contract signing and post-event follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners to enhance brand reputation and repeat business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (catering, operations, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Create tailored proposals, presentations, and pricing packages that align with client needs and budgetary requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and consultations to showcase venue capabilities and upsell premium services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, events, or luxury service industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a flair for building rapport.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
