Responsibility

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the assigned Bali territory (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung).
  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, retailers, and pet industry partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pet shops, veterinary clinics, and online marketplaces.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure consistent performance and target achievement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the pet food industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop localized campaigns and promotions to boost brand awareness.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Represent PT. PETOUR PETFOOD at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or pet care industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team to achieve collective goals.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with the Bali market, including key distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Bali to meet clients and attend industry events.
