Responsibility
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and onboard new corporate partners to expand Zuspressoâs B2B network in Malaysia and Singapore.
- Account Growth: Develop and implement strategies to retain and grow existing B2B accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and value-added services.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales & Revenue Targets: Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned accounts.
- Activation & Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of client activations, promotions, and co-branded campaigns to maximize engagement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive research and market trend analysis to identify new opportunities and refine partnership strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business objectives.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare regular performance reports, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in B2B sales, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably in FMCG, retail, or a related industry.
- Networking Skills: Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, distributors, or channel partners.
- Sales Acumen: Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop data-driven partnership strategies.
- Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects, activations, or campaigns with tight deadlines.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is advantageous.
