Responsibility
- Develop and present technical proposals and solutions tailored to client requirements in industrial automation, PLCs, SCADA, and robotics.
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify automation opportunities and recommend cost-effective, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to customize products and ensure seamless integration with client systems.
- Provide technical training and support to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and operation of automation systems.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturers, distributors, and end-users.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in automation, IoT, and Industry 4.0 to position Stafflink as a thought leader.
- Prepare and deliver detailed reports, ROI analyses, and presentations to demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial automation, control systems, or a similar domain.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of PLC programming, HMI, SCADA, and industrial networking protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with CAD software, simulation tools, or automation platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally internationally for client meetings and site visits.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
