Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the HORECA market in Bali, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, and cafés.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the hospitality industry.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and contract closures to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the HORECA, FMCG, or hospitality sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Bali’s hospitality market and existing networks is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
