Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in Bali.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., project managers, engineers) to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize agreements that align with company objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote GT-Max Construction’s services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction market and local business practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
