Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in Bali’s tourism sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotels, tour operators, and travel agencies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotions and campaigns that drive bookings and partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to adapt strategies and stay ahead of the market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships and maximize profitability.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in sales management, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of Bali’s tourism market and its key players (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for client meetings.
