Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients in the Visayas region, primarily in Waray, to promote Zuellig Pharma’s healthcare products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and end-users through effective communication.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Provide accurate and compelling product information, addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally.
  • Document all call activities, client feedback, and sales data in the CRM system for tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to refine skills and align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Waray (written and verbal) with excellent English communication skills.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field (healthcare industry is a plus).
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and active listening skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare is advantageous.
  • Ability to work full-time with flexibility for shift schedules as needed.
