Join Fresh Prints, a fast-growing custom apparel company, as our Senior Account Executive and become our second sales hire in Southeast Asia! This is a greenfield opportunity for a true hunter who thrives in outbound sales and loves building relationships from the ground up.
As the owner of outbound sales at Bundle (a Fresh Prints initiative), youâll work with a proven playbook while having the freedom to innovate and shape our sales strategy in this untapped market. Youâll be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting high-value clients, with a focus on B2B partnerships in the corporate, education, and events sectors.

Responsibility
- Own and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new B2B clients in the corporate, education, and events sectors.
- Identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads through cold outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-generation efforts.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Work closely with operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and client onboarding.
- Represent Fresh Prints at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or account management, preferably in the apparel, printing, or promotional products industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building a pipeline from scratch.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (written and verbal).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Based in Bali, Indonesia (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung preferred).
