Responsibility
- Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the SME client base.
- Provide tailored financial solutions, including loans, credit facilities, and advisory services.
- Monitor and resolve operational and administrative issues to ensure smooth client transactions.
- Track and report on individual sales performance, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business owners and internal teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting SMEs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in SME banking, corporate sales, or relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of SME financial needs, including lending, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial analysis tools is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
