Responsibility
- Develop and propose annual commercial plans, including revenue targets, market share goals, and growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Design and implement KPI frameworks to measure performance across sales, marketing, and distribution channels.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business expansion.
- Collaborate with finance teams to create budgets, forecasts, and financial models supporting commercial initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless execution of plans.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for strategic adjustments.
- Drive process improvements in planning, reporting, and analytics to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support new product launches and pricing strategies with data-backed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial planning, business strategy, or sales operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
