Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share in Bali's furniture and interior design sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and property developers.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure high-value projects.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are met with innovative, high-quality solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline growth, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the furniture, interior design, or construction industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and securing high-value contracts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Bali's real estate, hospitality, and design markets is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
