As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition and retention strategies, engaging with retailers, distributors, and end-users to maximize sales performance. Your ability to build strong relationships, identify market opportunities, and execute targeted sales campaigns will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Lotto Business in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders to drive product adoption and sales growth.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales performance, address client concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, in-store activations, and digital initiatives to boost brand visibility.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Train and mentor retail staff on product features, sales techniques, and compliance with company policies.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and resolution of any financial discrepancies in coordination with the finance team.
- Represent Comworks at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to enhance brand reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in field sales, retail sales, or business development, preferably in the gaming, lottery, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local dialects are a plus.
