Responsibility
- Consultative Sales: Engage with parents and students to identify their musical interests and recommend tailored Sparks Music programs.
- Enrollment Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Product Knowledge: Master the details of our music courses, instruments, and teaching methodologies to provide expert guidance.
- Community Engagement: Organize and participate in local events, school partnerships, and workshops to promote music education.
- Data Tracking: Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and student progress using CRM tools.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from clients to refine program offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with campaign goals.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, education consulting, or customer-facing roles (music industry experience is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with exceptional interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- Passion for Education: A genuine interest in music, child development, or creative learning.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Bali’s education landscape and cultural nuances is advantageous.

- Bachelor’s Degree: In Business, Education, Marketing, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
