Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with personalized solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend suitable banking products, including loans, investments, and deposit accounts.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., credit, risk, and product development) to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high standards of service quality.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client portfolios, performance metrics, and market insights to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client service within the banking or financial sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
