Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and retention in Bali's competitive market.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client contracts and service delivery.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing structures to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market feedback to management.
- Represent U-Bix Corporation at industry events, trade shows, and local business gatherings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in retail or consumer products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
- Residency or legal work eligibility in Indonesia.
