Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align strategies and deliver integrated solutions.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine account strategies.
- Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally to maintain trust and long-term partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in retail or mall management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client portfolios.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Indonesian retail market and Bali’s business landscape is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
