Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to potential clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, etc.) to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to stay ahead of the market.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2-3 years in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in outsourcing or BPO.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving revenue and business growth.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Tagalog, Indonesian) are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate or work remotely from Bali, Indonesia.
