Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new B2B clients in Bali's construction and hospitality sectors
- Identify and target key decision-makers including architects, contractors, developers, and property managers
- Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals for exterior construction materials
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and account management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to the management team
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction materials, building products, or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong network of contacts in Bali's construction, architecture, or hospitality sectors (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and ability to work independently
- Technical understanding of construction materials and exterior building solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively across Bali
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
