Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with political and market trends in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, industry leaders, and key stakeholders.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and high-profile projects.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and public engagements.
- Monitor political and regulatory changes that may impact business operations and propose mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business development and organizational goals.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for senior management and external partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, government relations, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining high-level relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of Bali’s political and business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
