Responsibility
- Design, implement, and manage merchant programs to enhance engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for merchants, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to align merchant strategies with business goals.
- Develop and execute community engagement initiatives to build a thriving merchant ecosystem.
- Monitor and analyze merchant performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Organize and facilitate merchant training sessions, workshops, and events to drive adoption and success.
- Gather merchant feedback and advocate for their needs within the organization to drive product and service enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our merchant programs remain competitive and innovative.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in merchant engagement, enablement, or a similar role within the digital commerce or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful merchant programs or initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, and performance metrics to drive merchant success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable.
