As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibility
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Manage and follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of Aluminum Composite Panels.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
- Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Liaise with project managers to ensure client requirements are met and projects stay on schedule.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Basic knowledge of construction materials, particularly Aluminum Composite Panels, is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
