As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, managing client inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibility

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Manage and follow up on customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of Aluminum Composite Panels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory levels.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Liaise with project managers to ensure client requirements are met and projects stay on schedule.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials, particularly Aluminum Composite Panels, is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
