Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Planworth’s financial services and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of businesses in various industries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine scripts, strategies, and lead lists for maximum effectiveness.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Planworth’s product portfolio to enhance sales conversations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia, are a plus).
  • Persuasive and resilient with a hunter mentality to close deals and handle rejection.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
